Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Publish job openings across multiple job portals and social media channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong lead generation and candidate outreach skills.
- Confidence communicating with both domestic and international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, business development, SaaS, IT services, or Web3 is preferred.
- Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 is an advantage (training will be provided if required).
