Thribe is a collective of independent Consultants.
We work in qualified Tech Recruiting (ERP, CRM, Software, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital, Sales) with startups, product companies, system integrators, and enterprise organizations. Each recruiter manages just a few searches at a time, with a direct relationship with the client and full ownership of the outcome. 🎯
🧩 The model
We're not "hiring": we're looking for recruiters who want to work as independent contractors (freelance/VAT-registered), with commercial and operational autonomy, while going to market as part of a structured brand. That's what Thribe is: independent professionals collaborating under the same name, sharing method, tools, support, and opportunities.

- You already have experience in headhunting / talent acquisition (Tech is a plus)

💰 The financial side
- No fixed salary. You keep up to 85% of what you bill, with no cap — the rest covers the structure, brand, tools, and support.
- In other words: your performance directly impacts your earnings.
- No operational pressure, but no pay without activity.
