IT Recruitment Consultant

Burgess Hill, West Sussex (Hybrid Working)
Up to £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional candidates and building relationships?

We're an established recruitment agency based in Burgess Hill and are looking for an ambitious IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a 180 recruitment role, meaning there is no requirement to win new business. You'll work with an established client base, managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer stage while partnering closely with experienced account managers.

To support your success, you'll have access to industry-leading recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, multiple job boards, advertising platforms, and our extensive internal database.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines within specialist technology markets
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback
  • Supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within IT or technology recruitment
  • Strong candidate sourcing and delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A motivated and organised approach with a desire to succeed
  • Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish
