Manchester, UK | £65,000–£75,000 Base + Commission to 50% (No Threshold) + Team Override

Applaud Recruitment to Recruitment have partnered with a phenomenal Manchester based Tech Recruitment company who are seeking an experienced ERP recruitment leader to take the reins of a successful, established team and shape its future.
You'll inherit a close-knit team of five experienced consultants, already generating around £1m NFI. The foundations are there, the talent is in place, and the opportunity now is to provide the leadership, commercial direction and support to take performance to the next level.

Your role
You'll take responsibility for the ERP division, providing hands-on leadership and commercial direction while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen client relationships and develop the team's capabilities.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring and developing five experienced ERP recruiters.
- Driving divisional performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identifying opportunities to increase productivity and maximise existing potential.
- Developing client relationships and supporting business development.
- Setting clear direction while giving experienced consultants the autonomy to succeed.
- Building a long-term strategy for the division, with the opportunity to shape its future.

Who is our client looking for?
You'll be an established recruitment leader with a strong track record in ERP recruitment, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or related ERP markets.
You'll understand the ERP recruitment landscape, know how to build and grow a profitable team, and have the commercial awareness to turn an already successful division into an even bigger success.
You'll be a credible, supportive leader who can bring direction without unnecessary bureaucracy and get the best out of experienced consultants.
