IT Resilience Manager / Technology Resilience Lead / Risk Manager / Tech Risk Consultant
£500~ Outside IR35 6 Months Remote first + adhoc travel to London
SR2 are working with a reputable organisation to recruit a Technology Resilience Lead for a major organisation undergoing significant technology transformation. You'll act as a resilience SME, working across Cloud, Networks, Digital Workplace and other critical technology platforms to identify resilience weaknesses, test recovery capabilities and drive improvements through technical teams.

- Drive technology resilience and disaster recovery improvements across critical services.
- Work with Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Engineering teams to identify and remediate resilience gaps.
- Review recovery plans, runbooks, service dependencies and RTO/RPO requirements.
- Coordinate resilience and recovery testing and drive resulting actions through to completion.
- Support audits, risk reviews and provide evidence that critical services meet resilience requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Technology Resilience / IT Resilience / Disaster Recovery experience.
- Good technical understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure and enterprise technology environments.
- Experience with DR, recovery testing, RTO/RPO and service dependencies.
- Proven ability to identify resilience gaps and drive remediation with engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge and escalate risks.
- Experience within large, complex or regulated environments is beneficial.
