Sales Executive – Technology Solutions Central Scotland or Aberdeenshire | Hybrid | Circa £80k OTE

Ready to sell technology solutions that genuinely matter to a business's growth, not just tick a quota?

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, multi-brand technology group operating across Managed IT Services, Connectivity, Electronic Security, and Cyber Security. With around 60 people and ambitious plans for scale, this is a business that acts as a trusted technology partner to SMEs and enterprises, not just another supplier; and they're now looking for a driven Sales Executive to fuel the next stage of growth.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a career, not just take a job. You'll have real autonomy, a broad and interesting portfolio of solutions to sell, and a clear path to grow within the wider group as it expands.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing client relationships across the company's core technology division, spanning network, IT, and security solutions. You'll own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, proposals, presentations, and closing, all while building long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
