IT Sales Account Executive

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 (OTE £25k to £50k)

As a fast-growing network and business solutions provider, we are searching for an exceptional IT sales executive / New business development executive who has the drive and ambition to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • To sell, primarily by telephone, Vendor products and services to customers, maintaining and improving on revenue and profit, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Initiate proactive outgoing sales calls to seek new business opportunities.
  • Receive incoming customer calls in-line with required service levels: taking customer orders, providing information on product availability, special offers, provide pricing and quotations to customers.
  • Maintain and improve product knowledge & market knowledge.
  • Cold calling is involved.

Skills/Experience

  • Good sales commercial and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Excellent proactive telephone and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Interest in IT Knowledge and/or the reseller market is an asset.
  • Team Player.
