Information Security Technical Lead

📍 London (City) – Hybrid

Own, shape, and lead enterprise security within a high-impact, technology-driven insurance environment. We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organisation investing heavily in digital transformation and security capability. They are now looking to hire an Information Security Technical Lead to take full ownership of their end-to-end security function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define strategy, lead a team, and actively engineer and enhance security controls across a complex, business-critical environment.

The Opportunity

This is not a governance-heavy or purely advisory role. You will:

  • Own and deliver the security roadmap across core platforms and systems
  • Lead and develop a team of security engineers
  • Act as the senior escalation point for security incidents and response
  • Work within a modern Microsoft/Azure environment, driving improvements across M365 security and identity
  • Play a key role in shaping how security supports both internal operations and external services

You’ll sit at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and stakeholder engagement—combining deep technical expertise with real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
