IT Service Delivery Manager (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)
Rate: Up to £450 per day
Contract: 3 Month Initial Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a leading global organisation. This IT Service Delivery Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-availability environments and is confident owning end-to-end service delivery across complex sites. Experience in Media, Entertainment or Creative sectors would be highly beneficial.
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring IT services are delivered efficiently, securely, and aligned with business objectives across multiple locations.

The IT Service Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors. This IT Service Delivery Manager position is perfect for someone who combines strong ITIL expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own IT service delivery across sites, ensuring performance, availability, and business alignment
- Lead incidents and major incidents through to resolution with clear stakeholder communication
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, and service transition into BAU
- Oversee MSPs, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery standards
- Identify risks across operations, security, and compliance
- Contribute to governance (CAB, Service Reviews) and drive service improvements
- Partner with the business to align IT services with organisational needs

Required Experience
- Proven IT Service Delivery / ITSM experience in complex environments
- Strong ITIL knowledge across core service lifecycle – Ideally ITIL Certified
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Broad technical understanding (infrastructure, cloud, networking, security)
- MSP management within SLA-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
