Are you passionate about technology and looking to start your career in IT? We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Service Engineer to provide first-line support, assist users with technical issues, and help deliver exceptional IT services across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests
- Log and manage tickets through the ITSM platform
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and escalate where required
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account changes
- Assist with hardware setup, deployment, and asset management
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base content
- Ensure excellent customer service and SLA performance
