IT Service Improvement Manager

We are representing a well-renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for an IT Service Improvement Manager to join their collaborative team.
As the IT Service Improvement Manager, you will help tackle and improve a number of IT service challenges that have impacted end-user experience across areas including AV technology, printing, end-user computing, and workplace IT services. You will act as the focal point for identifying service issues, driving improvements, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring quality experience for senior business leaders and end users.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT service issues
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, executive assistants, and business leaders to understand pain points
- Support the development of enhanced end-user support capabilities - there is scope for longevity in building a Tech Bar/walk-in support model for the business

We Are Looking For
- Proven experience within an IT Service Improvement position, with a track record of delivering service transformation initiatives
- Exposure to managing and working with third-party suppliers and service providers
- Ability to work effectively across technical teams
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
It Would Be a Bonus If You Had
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Experience within a complex, corporate environment
