Legal Technologist

Overview
Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Legal Technologist to scope, build, implement and manage technology-enabled legal solutions for clients and internal teams.
You will work across legal technology projects involving data tracking, document management, reporting, Generative AI, data visualisation and document automation. The role combines technical delivery, project management and client engagement, with training and guidance provided and opportunities to develop within legal technology.

Responsibilities
- Scope, define and manage significant legal technology projects.
- Develop and deliver technology-enabled solutions for clients.
- Configure and customise platforms for data tracking, document management, reporting, and workflow delivery.
- Work with Generative AI, data visualisation, and document automation technologies.
- Assess and deploy new software.
- Engage directly with clients on project design and delivery.
- Collaborate with technology, legal, knowledge, and consulting teams.
- Support the adoption of new technology and improved ways of working.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of legal technology and relevant platforms.
- Ability to scope and manage technical projects.
- Confidence working with clients and stakeholders on solution design and delivery.
Desirable
- Experience within a global law firm or professional services environment.
- Process analysis and/or wireframing experience.
