IT Specialist
Contract
£40-£50 per hour
Onsite – central London 5 days a week
6 month initial contract
Okta | MDM | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365
SR2 is recruiting for a growing technology business looking for an IT Specialist to take ownership of their internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes and tooling.

The Role
- Manage Okta, identity/access and automated workflows
- Manage devices using Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling
- Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom
- Troubleshoot laptops, software, meeting rooms and connectivity issues
- Manage device provisioning, deployment and IT assets
- Automate manual IT processes and improve internal workflows
- Maintain security best practices across endpoints and internal systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration
- Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows
- Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
