London | Inside IR35 | Up to £27 per hour | 12-month contract

A leading insurance services business is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT function on an initial 12-month contract. The role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 900 users across a varied client base, offering exposure to a broad range of technologies and support requirements.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a few years of IT support experience who is keen to develop their technical skills in a busy, multi-client environment. The role will initially be fully office-based before moving to a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 900 users across multiple client environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware, software, access and technical issues
  • Support users across different client locations, adapting to varied requirements and priorities
  • Work across a technology stack including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange and Citrix

Key Requirements

  • Up to 3 years' experience within an IT support/service desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience providing 1st and/or 2nd line support
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and/or Exchange; Citrix experience would be beneficial
  • Comfortable working predominantly on-site and keen to develop across a broad technology environment
