IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) – Luxury Fashion HQ

Step into tech at the heart of a global luxury fashion house! We’re recruiting on behalf of an iconic luxury fashion house for a confident, outgoing IT Support Analyst to deliver premium 2nd line support in a fast-paced, design-led environment. This is a high-visibility, people-facing role - ideal for someone energetic, proactive and comfortable being on the floor, not behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality 2nd line IT support to internal teams (face to face, phone & email)
  • Own incidents and requests end-to-end using ServiceNow, meeting SLA targets
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with users at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Support laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms and collaboration tools
  • Install, image and deploy laptops, iPhones, iPads & MacBooks
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues
  • Create knowledge articles and actively share best practice
  • Work closely with business users, third parties and IT colleagues across sites

  • Extroverted, approachable and confident - you enjoy talking to people
  • Hands-on and proactive - this is not a passive or work-shy role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • ITIL v3 Foundation (minimum)
  • Organised, detail-focused and reliable
  • Interest or experience in luxury fashion or premium brands is a plus
  • Smart business appearance and pride in presentation
