IT Support Analyst

£250 per day | Outside IR35 | Initial 2-Month Contract

A fast-growing organisation within the payments and fintech sector is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its Digital Workplace team in London.


Acting as the primary onsite IT contact, you'll provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support, deliver an excellent end-user experience, and help maintain a modern workplace technology environment.

Working closely with global support teams, you'll support employees across the full IT lifecycle while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business
  • Provide executive and VIP support where required
  • Administer user access and identity management processes
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support and maintain macOS and Windows devices
  • Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and AV issues
  • Maintain meeting room technology and workplace hardware
  • Create and update knowledge base documentation
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, repairs, and licensing
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent IT services

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
