Role Description

The Information Technology Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Pill. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to team members, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The analyst will manage support tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining clear communication with internal users.

  • Setting up and maintaining workstations and devices
  • Supporting core business applications
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed
  • Documenting procedures
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting IT-related projects that enhance operational efficiency and reliability

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user issues effectively.
  • Solid Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, basic networking, and common business applications.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify patterns, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to support non-technical users.
  • Relevant experience in an IT helpdesk or support analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach under time pressure.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic cybersecurity best practices is beneficial.
  • Vocational training or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
