Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support through the Service Desk.
- Handle and resolve user incidents and service requests.
- Log, classify, and update tickets in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA targets are met.
- Escalate or route issues to the relevant support teams.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills
- Previous experience in an IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to end users.
- Good understanding of IT Service Desk processes and SLAs.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize workload.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

6 Months (Possibility of extension)
Rate
£160-180/day (Inside IR35)
Work Model
Hybrid – 50% Office / 50% Remote
Working Pattern
- Week 1: 2 days onsite
- Week 2: 3 days onsite This pattern will continue throughout the contract.
Shift starts at 7:00 AM BST.
