1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

London | Hybrid
Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a customer-focused 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer looking for a varied role within a fast-paced global organisation?

Join a leading business within the sports, entertainment and creative sector, supporting 3,500+ users across multiple international locations.

You'll provide high-quality technical support across Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and networking.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Provision and support Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, remote access and user issues.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and hardware deployment projects.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Deliver excellent support to both office-based and remote users.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven 1st/2nd line IT support experience.
  • Strong Windows and Mac support experience.
  • Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
  • Good hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Mobile device support experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
