We're now looking for an IT Support Assistant, to work in our Manchester HQ.
Job summary...
The IT Support Assistant provides first and second-line technical support to users across AM London, assisting with Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, business applications, and cloud services. The role supports the IT Technical Lead in maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems while delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Key roles and responsibilities...
- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office.
- Assist with user account administration in Microsoft Entra ID, including onboarding, offboarding, password resets, group membership, and license assignment.
- Support Windows 10/11 and macOS devices, including device setup, troubleshooting, software installation, and hardware diagnostics.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune administration, device enrollment, compliance monitoring, application deployment, and policy troubleshooting.
- Support mobile device management for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and external sharing access.
- Support Azure-based services including storage accounts, file repositories, and access permissions.
- Monitor service health and respond to incidents within Microsoft 365 and supporting business systems.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Assist with Joiners, Movers, Leavers, and Contractor onboarding processes.
- Support printers, networking, VPN connectivity, Remote Desktop Services, and general infrastructure issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the Technical Lead and external support providers when required.
- Participate in IT projects including cloud migrations, security improvements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
