Technology Support Coordinator

London | Full-Time | Office-Based

We're working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Technology Support Coordinator for its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3 years' IT support experience who is looking to take the next step beyond a traditional helpdesk environment and move into a more proactive, client-facing technology support role.

You'll work closely with lawyers and business services professionals, helping them make the most of the firm's technology platforms while delivering exceptional service and support.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a highly regarded IT team and offers a blend of:

  • Technology support and troubleshooting
  • User training and coaching
  • Technology adoption and best practice guidance
  • Process improvement and problem solving
  • Stakeholder engagement across the business

You'll become a trusted point of contact for end users, helping to drive technology usage, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for a range of technologies, applications, and devices
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and other business-critical applications
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to improve technology adoption and user proficiency
  • Respond to and escalate technical issues through the service management platform
  • Work closely with wider IT teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Promote technology best practices, security standards, and firm policies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide a high level of customer service

What They're Looking For

  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an IT support role
  • Experience gained within a law firm, professional services environment, or other customer-focused organization would be advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise effectively and work calmly under pressure
  • IT-related degree beneficial but not essential

Working Arrangements

  • Location: London
  • Office Attendance: 5 days per week
  • Hours: Typically 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm, depending on business requirements and events
