IT Support Engineer - Permanent Role - London - £25,000 - £30,000
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a busy and growing business, providing first-class support to users across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT support
- Set up and maintain PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage Google Workspace user accounts and permissions
- Support network connectivity and infrastructure
- Maintain the IT helpdesk and knowledge base
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with IT projects and new technology rollouts
- Manage IT equipment and stock levels
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years' experience in IT Support or Service Desk
- Strong Windows support experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
