IT Support Technician — Redditch (Hybrid) — £30k–£35k
Good people. Interesting tech. No pointless KPIs. No evenings or weekends.
Just a genuinely good IT role where you can get stuck into the technology and enjoy the people you work with.
You’ll be joining a well-established online travel business with around 190 people, a small, friendly IT team and plenty of opportunity to develop technically.
They’re looking for someone who actually enjoys technology.
- Maybe you’ve got a home lab.
- Maybe you’ve played around with PowerShell.
- Maybe you’re the person who keeps digging into a problem until you finally figure out what’s causing it.
You’ll still handle some traditional IT support - Windows issues, laptop builds and helping users - but the role is increasingly moving towards internal application support, troubleshooting and automation.

What you’ll need
- Experience supporting a Windows environment, ideally with some service desk or application support exposure.
- You don’t need to be a PowerShell expert. Technical curiosity matters more. They want someone who enjoys learning, troubleshooting and finding better ways of doing things.
£30k–£35k depending on experience.
