Outsource UK have partnered with Exolum on a retained basis to recruit an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis. Exolum are a global, forward thinking, inclusive employer who are at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth.
About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the business have reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. From supporting end users and maintaining hardware to managing Microsoft technologies and improving IT processes, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations.

Ideal Experience
- IT support within a corporate or business environment
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Active Directory administration
- Desktop, laptop and peripheral support
- Networking fundamentals
- Mobile device support
- Microsoft 365 technologies
- Endpoint security and device compliance
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
Spanish language skills would be highly advantageous
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, organised approach to managing workloads
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Exolum sites when required
