IT Support Engineer
Location: London (Mayfair) 5 days onsite
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
About the Business
The client are an exciting, forward-thinking boutique financial services firm based in the West End of London with offices internationally.
The Role
You’ll be joining a fantastic IT support team of 3 with the overall team responsibility of providing exceptional levels of IT support to brokers, executives, and operational staff ensuring critical systems and day-to-day technology are running smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Windows OS, and core business systems
- Support Bloomberg terminals and IPC Unigy dealerboards
- Assist with Cisco Meraki network monitoring and AnyConnect VPN support
- Manage users, email, and file services across Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Support onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and asset management
- Use remote support tools such as ScreenConnect / ConnectWise
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years experience within an IT support role
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Great communication and customer-facing support skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a small team environment
