Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line IT support, delivering deskside, remote and executive-level support across hardware, software, applications and end-user technologies.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problem resolution in line with SLAs, ensuring high levels of service availability and user satisfaction.
• Build, configure, deploy and support laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, meeting room technology, AV solutions and collaboration platforms.
• Administer user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access management, IT asset control and software licensing compliance.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and enterprise identity management controls.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint management policies and device compliance across corporate environments.
• Support cyber security operations using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity and Defender XDR, including investigations, alert triage and remediation.
• Provide networking and infrastructure support across WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network security technologies, working closely with third-party providers.
• Lead and support IT infrastructure, Microsoft Cloud, Dynamics 365 and cyber security projects, coordinating stakeholders, suppliers, change management, release management and configuration management activities.
