About SkilledTech Ltd

SkilledTech Ltd is an IT support and managed services provider based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. We work with small and medium-sized businesses across a range of sectors — including accountants, professional services and trades firms — supporting their IT, cyber security, Microsoft 365, servers, networking and cloud environments.

We help our clients run their businesses without worrying about their technology, providing responsive support, proactive maintenance and straightforward advice. As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who share our practical, no-nonsense approach to IT support.

The Role

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team, covering both 1st and 2nd line support. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, resolving day-to-day issues while also handling more technical problems that need deeper investigation. Most of your work will be remote, with occasional visits to client sites across the local area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
