📣 We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer (8.5 Months FTC)
It’s an exciting time to join Excel London. As one of Europe’s leading event destinations, we host over 400 events and welcome 4 million visitors each year, spanning exhibitions, conferences, immersive entertainment, and live experiences. Following our recent rebrand, venue expansion, and continued growth, we're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Technology team on an 8.5 months fixed-term contract, covering a period of leave in the team.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting colleagues across the business with the technology, systems, and devices they rely on every day.

You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class IT support service, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software, supporting technology projects, and helping to ensure our IT systems continue to run smoothly across the business.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in an IT support, service desk, or technical support role
- Has strong troubleshooting skills and enjoys solving technical problems
- Communicates confidently and builds positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Takes a proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities
- Has excellent attention to detail and is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service
