Role Overview
You'll become a key user of our IT systems and help people to ensure they get maximum benefits from them by solving their support tickets, doing data entry, training users, and reporting.

The position is full-time, but if you are at the end of your studies, the working hours are negotiable. Geobear’s team is supportive and willing to help you get started in your new role, as long as you have the right attitude towards learning and developing yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Responsible for solving ICT tickets
- User Enablement: You will become a key user of our systems, able to spread best practices and secure ways of working
- Responsible for IT purchases across the company and updating ICT asset list
- Manage company user directory and phone systems
- Setup new users and leavers devices according to our processes
- Create training material, train users, and give ICT onboarding training to new joiners
- Admin duties for our key services like Salesforce and Google workspace
- Data entry, user testing, documenting, and trialing & auditing new developments
- Create reports and keep key documents updated
- Organise yearly company events (1 group-wide sales conference, 4 quarterly smaller events)
- Help with ICT development projects
Targets & How you will be measured
- ICT ticket resolved times (Targets: normal 5 days, High 2 business days; critical 24 hours)
- ICT tickets solved first time (Target: 95%)
- IT feedback & eNPS (Target: 9.0)
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Ability and attitude to learn new systems, AI tools, and concepts
- A genuine passion for helping others, demonstrated by an empathetic, patient approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Problem-solving skills, dedication, and commitment to problem resolution
- Skills to organise work and drive multiple tasks towards goal at the same time
- Good communication skills
- A positive and interactive team player
- Proactive and target-driven approach
- The ability to apply knowledge to new situations
- Native / excellent spoken and written English language
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to do a wide range of ICT-related tasks on multiple systems

Desirable
- Experience of being a key system user
- Previous experience in IT support, admin, or customer service role
- You may also have experience of Google workspace and CRM systems such as Salesforce
