The Role

As IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Group IT Manager to support and improve the company's technology environment across the UK and international offices.

  • This is a varied, hands-on role covering day-to-day technical support alongside systems administration, infrastructure, ERP support and ongoing technology projects.
  • You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of IT queries, working with both technical and non-technical users and coordinating with external technology partners where required.

  • Previous experience in an IT Support / Systems Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and Office applications
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
