Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Support Technician role based in Pill. The technician will provide day-to-day technical support for staff, including diagnosing and resolving issues with desktop computers, printers, and related hardware and software. Responsibilities include handling support tickets, performing routine maintenance, installing and configuring systems, and monitoring equipment performance to prevent downtime. The role involves assisting with computer repairs, documenting solutions, and supporting the setup of new workstations and devices. The technician will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure reliable IT operations and a smooth user experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support skills, including handling user queries, ticket management, and issue escalation.
- Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and basic networking.
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Practical Printer Support experience, including setup, maintenance, and resolving print errors.
- Competence in Computer Repair, including component replacement and basic diagnostics.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and provide patient, user-friendly support.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Previous experience in an IT support role or relevant technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pill and collaborate effectively within a small, fast-paced team environment.
