IT Support Technician

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Client

Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 100 businesses across Suffolk and Essex. They provide a broad range of IT services and are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support remotely and onsite
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365
  • Monitor and manage devices using NinjaOne RMM
  • Provide support for VoIP telephony systems
  • Support Ubiquiti/UniFi networking environments
  • Assist with client projects, installations and IT upgrades
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to clients

What They're Looking For

  • Previous IT support experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of networking
  • Previous MSP experience preferred, but not essential
  • UniFi/Ubiquiti experience desirable
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
