IT Support Technician
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Client
Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 100 businesses across Suffolk and Essex. They provide a broad range of IT services and are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
- Support and administer Microsoft 365
- Monitor and manage devices using NinjaOne RMM
- Provide support for VoIP telephony systems
- Support Ubiquiti/UniFi networking environments
- Assist with client projects, installations and IT upgrades
- Deliver a high level of customer service to clients

What They're Looking For
- Previous IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of networking
- Previous MSP experience preferred, but not essential
- UniFi/Ubiquiti experience desirable
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence desirable
