IT Support Technician
📍 Sedgefield, County Durham | Hybrid Working Available

We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join a growing technology and engineering business in Sedgefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support environments who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent user support.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and user access issues
- Managing and resolving support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Configuring, building, and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including account creation and permissions management
- Troubleshooting VPN, WiFi, printing, and general connectivity issues
- Assisting with system maintenance, updates, asset management, and wider IT improvement projects

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
