IT Support Technician (Remote)
Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum
Role Overview
We are recruiting an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. This fully remote opportunity is suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, devices and systems.
- Log, monitor and resolve IT support tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and support records.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous IT support, helpdesk or technical support experience is desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
