IT Support

£35,000 - £40,000

Aldershot

We’re working with a well-established organisation that is looking for an experienced IT Support person to join their team. This is a hands-on technical role supporting approximately 100 users and covering Microsoft 365, on-premises Active Directory, Hyper-V, networking, and end-user infrastructure. You’ll also work closely with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects, security, improvements, and third-party suppliers.

Skills Needed

  • Strong experience across 1st–2nd line IT support
  • Excellent Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune knowledge
  • On-premises Active Directory and Group Policy experience
  • Microsoft Hyper-V and physical server experience
  • Solid networking knowledge, including VLANs and switches
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Desirable:

  • Ubiquiti UniFi, Veeam, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, endpoint security/EDR, firewalls, structured cabling, VoIP/telephony, and Sage 200 experience.
