IT Support Technician – Short JD

We are looking for a IT Support Technician to provide first-line IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues for end users. You will troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, password resets, software installations, network connectivity (Wi-Fi/VPN), and hardware-related issues. The role also includes setting up IT equipment, supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, managing support tickets, and escalating complex issues when needed.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, VPN, and Teams
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage
  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and grow in IT support
