IT Support Technician
Location: Dewsbury (with frequent UK travel)
An established business is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their IT team based in Dewsbury.
You'll take ownership of first line support while also assisting the IT service desk with second line support. This is a genuine development role, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to upskill and grow alongside an established team. Please note the position involves frequent travel across the UK to depot sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end users via helpdesk tools and telephone
- Configuration and implementation of hardware and software
- Liaise with third party software and hardware support companies
- Contribute to the development and documentation of solutions, processes and procedures
- Laptop builds and repairs
- Administration of the mobile phone suite
What You'll Need
- Experience of building and repairing laptops
- Prior experience across both 1st and 2nd line support
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK
