IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer

We’re supporting a growing technology-driven organisation looking to strengthen its internal IT function with an experienced support engineer who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership.

This role would suit someone with a background across 1st/2nd line support who is keen to further develop infrastructure and systems expertise within a collaborative environment.

Exposure to:

  • Microsoft environments & cloud technologies
  • Networking & endpoint management
  • Virtualisation and infrastructure support
  • Service desk & incident management
  • Modern workplace technologies

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of Desktop Support (setting up laptops, troubleshooting issues, Wi-Fi Support)
  • CompTIA certification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft experience
  • Able to get security cleared

The environment offers a strong mix of hands-on support, project exposure, and progression into broader infrastructure responsibilities.

This role is ONSITE 5 days a week.
