IT Support Technician – ERP & Infrastructure

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is primarily on-site in Leicester. It is possible there will be 1 day each week for WFH, but the role has a focus on being on-site.

You will have a good background in both Infrastructure support within a Microsoft environment (Network, Servers, Active Directory etc) as well as ERP experience. You will hold a strong customer service orientation and End User support background.
