Job Title: IT Systems and Compliance Administrator

About Code Wizards Group

Code Wizards Group is a world leader in backend and multiplayer infrastructure for the gaming industry. From high-scale AAA console and PC games to fast-paced mobile indie titles, we empower studios to bring multiplayer experiences to life.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive IT Systems and Compliance Administrator to help maintain our internal IT infrastructure and support our information security and compliance activities.

You’ll work across on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, helping to ensure systems are secure, reliable and well maintained. You’ll also coordinate day-to-day ISO 27001 compliance activities, maintain evidence and documentation, support audits and help complete security assessments from clients and partners.

The role is primarily focused on internal systems and compliance, although you may occasionally support technical or security activities across the wider Code Wizards Group.

Key Responsibilities

Systems administration

  • Administer and troubleshoot on-premises servers, virtual machines and supporting infrastructure.
  • Support services across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain patching, monitoring, backups, access controls and secure configurations.
  • Support identity and access management, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Investigate infrastructure and security issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, inventories and operational procedures.
  • Support backup restoration testing, disaster recovery and infrastructure improvement activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
