Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Information/Asset Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will act as the information management subject matter expert across a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring that high-quality information is created, managed, exchanged, and maintained throughout the asset lifecycle.
Working with project teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders, you will champion industry best practice in information and asset management, helping to ensure project information supports effective decision-making, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and long-term asset performance.
You will provide leadership and governance for information management activities across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with recognised industry standards and client requirements. You will work closely with delivery teams and supply chain partners to establish and maintain robust information management processes, standards, and controls throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing information management protocols aligned to ISO 19650 standards.
- Supporting project teams in the adoption of asset and information management best practice.
- Reviewing and assuring project information deliverables throughout design, delivery, and handover phases.
- Managing Information Delivery Plans and ensuring information requirements are embedded within supplier activities.
- Supporting the development, review, and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and associated information management documentation.
- Ensuring asset information and data deliverables are complete, accurate, and available at key project milestones.
- Facilitating information assurance activities and maturity assessments where required.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative digital solutions that improve information quality, accessibility, and lifecycle management.
- Supporting the transition of asset information into operational and facilities management environments.
What We Need
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in Asset Information Management and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 55001 standards.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital project delivery programmes.
- Understanding of construction project lifecycles, information requirements, and asset management principles.
- Experience implementing digital solutions to enhance project delivery and information management.
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data and information management capabilities.
