Project Planning and Execution

Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects, including IT systems, data centers, networks, end user, and cloud environments.

Team Coordination

Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and enforce accountability across technical and cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with customers, business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to align project goals with organizational objectives and maintain effective communication.
