InfraOps Engineer

We are looking for an InfraOps Engineer to take technical ownership of our cloud infrastructure, platform performance, and DevOps automation.

At IntelliSense.io, we combine physics-based modelling with AI to simulate, optimise, and automate physical industrial operations in real time.

What you’ll be working on

  • Performance & Latency: Drive end-to-end performance engineering across container runtimes, database throughput, and network routing to optimise system speed and resilience under load.
  • Observability: Implement high-precision metrics, distributed tracing, and profiling tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) to resolve micro-bottlenecks.
  • Cloud & IaC Ownership: Lead cloud architecture (Azure/GCP), Kubernetes orchestration, and declarative IaC automation (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • CI/CD & Developer Tooling: Build self-service internal platform tools and robust CI/CD pipelines enabling high-velocity deployments.
  • SRE & Reliability: Apply SRE principles, lead high-severity incident responses, champion root-cause analysis, and ensure strict SLA/SLO delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
