Job Overview

As an Infrastructure Automation Engineer, you will help design, develop, build, and maintain automation solutions that keep our engineering-facing large-scale infrastructure running optimally.

We are a forward-looking team with early access to emerging technologies, crafting the tools and workflows later embraced across the organization. Our team is hands-on and in this role will spend most of your time writing automation code, improving deployment pipelines, and reducing toil across cloud and on-premises environments.

We believe in automating everything to deliver measurable improvements, stitching sophisticated systems together with a combination of AI, APIs, and pure technical wizardry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code to provision and run services across hybrid environments, covering end-to-end operational workflows.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines, ensure new infrastructure is observable from day one, and manage secrets through enterprise-grade secrets management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools - from code generation and refactoring to agentic AI workflows.
  • Mentor and upskill junior team members, leading workstreams and smaller teams across a set of ever-evolving solutions allowing Arm to scale dynamically to meet all of our current and future engineering needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
