Madison Hunt is partnered with a highly established global infrastructure investment firm to support the hiring of a Vice President-equivalent professional within its London-based Infrastructure Capital Markets & Capital Solutions platform.
The firm manages significant assets globally across a broad range of infrastructure and real asset strategies, with offices spanning major financial hubs across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. The infrastructure platform invests across core, core-plus and value-add strategies and is supported by a large global network of investment professionals.
The team works across a broad range of infrastructure sectors, including:
- Renewable Energy
- Digital Infrastructure
- Utilities and Energy Transition
- Transport and Logistics
- Essential Infrastructure
The Capital Markets & Capital Solutions team sits at the intersection of investment and financing, working closely with investment professionals, portfolio companies, sponsors and external capital providers to develop and execute bespoke financing and capital solutions across the infrastructure portfolio.
The role will offer broad exposure across the full capital structure, including senior and junior debt, refinancing, acquisition financing, structured capital and other bespoke financing solutions. The candidate will play a leading role in evaluating financing options, managing transaction processes and executing complex capital solutions across the firm's European infrastructure investments.

The firm is continuing to expand its European infrastructure platform and is looking to hire a Vice President-equivalent professional, with flexibility around start dates.
The role offers:
- Lead responsibility across capital markets and financing processes for European infrastructure transactions and portfolio companies
- Exposure to a broad range of debt and capital solutions across the full capital structure
- Direct interaction with senior investment professionals, portfolio company management teams and external financing counterparties
- Responsibility for evaluating financing alternatives, structuring transactions and coordinating execution processes
- The opportunity to work across both new acquisitions and existing portfolio companies, including refinancings, recapitalisations and other strategic financing initiatives
- Significant exposure to a global infrastructure platform and senior decision-makers across the broader organisation

Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years’ experience within infrastructure finance, capital markets, project finance, leveraged finance, private credit or a related investing / financing environment
- Strong experience executing complex financing or capital markets transactions
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure or other asset-heavy sectors preferred
- Ability to assess and structure financing solutions across different parts of the capital structure
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing transaction processes and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
The role would be particularly well suited to candidates currently operating at Associate Director / Vice President level within an infrastructure investment firm, infrastructure finance advisory team, project finance or leveraged finance platform, private credit fund, or capital markets team, looking to move into a broader and more strategic infrastructure capital solutions role.
