Infrastructure Change Director – M&A / Separation / Divestment - Insurance
We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Change Director to lead infrastructure separation / divestment projects for an insurance company undergoing M&A activity.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of complex infrastructure change initiatives associated with a business separation programme. You'll work closely with senior IT leadership to drive the successful delivery of strategic transformation projects, ensuring critical infrastructure workstreams are delivered on time and with minimal operational disruption.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure change programmes, ideally within merger, acquisition or divestment environments.
Key Skills:
- Infrastructure separation, carve-out or divestment programmes
- M&A technology integration or separation
- Large-scale IT infrastructure and operational transformation
- Outsourcing or managed service transition programmes
- Senior stakeholder management at Director or CIO level
- Leading cross-functional technical teams through complex change
- Insurance or insurance brokerage sector experience

£800 per day Outside IR35
