Infrastructure Change Lead – IT Separation / Transition
We're supporting a leading organisation through a significant infrastructure transformation and are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Change Lead to support the successful separation of IT infrastructure and services.
Working closely with the IT Operations Director, you'll lead the infrastructure workstream, ensuring a smooth transition of systems, services and users whilst maintaining operational stability throughout the programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who understands enterprise infrastructure and has experience delivering complex infrastructure change within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure transformation programmes related to outsourcing / offshoring to third parties
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Architecture and Business teams to ensure a successful transition.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and technology partners.
- Manage infrastructure risks, dependencies and programme milestones.
- Support service transition and business continuity throughout the separation.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
We're Looking For
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure and Infrastructure Operations.
- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure change programmes.
- Experience of IT Separation / Outsourcing / Offshoring projects
- Experience across technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, networking, cloud infrastructure and end-user computing.
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience within financial services, insurance or other regulated environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

- £660 per day Outside IR35
