Madison Hunt is partnered with a highly established global infrastructure debt fund primarily working junior infrastructure debt transactions to support the hiring of a Vice President within its London-based platform. The firm manages approximately €500bn AUM across core and value-add infrastructure strategies, with offices spanning multiple major global financial hubs.
The team invests on a pan-European basis across:
- Renewable Energy (solar, wind, and bioenergy)
- Digital Infrastructure
- Essential Facilities
- Transport (rail, airports, rolling stock, stations/retail)
The strategy is focused on junior and non-investment grade debt opportunities across the middle market to upper middle market segment, typically targeting complex financing situations for flexible capital deployment. The team invests across pan-European markets, providing bespoke solutions to sponsor-backed platforms and asset-heavy businesses.

The firm is looking to further strengthen its presence in the European market, undergoing a strong growth phase and is looking to hire a Vice President, with flexibility around start dates.
The role offers:
- Deal lead responsibility across multiple transactions, with direct exposure to both transaction execution and portfolio management
- Origination of high yield debt facilities (with the ability to invest in investment-grade transactions as well)
- Direct interaction with senior investors and the broader global platform
- Full lifecycle investment experience from origination through to exit

Candidate Profile
- 5–9 years’ experience within private credit infrastructure investing
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading deals within the high yield space
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- European language skills strongly preferred
