About the Role
Platform & Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps/SRE)
Help us operate and improve the secure, reliable cloud platform behind our AI products. Own day-to-day infrastructure, support new customer onboarding and help maintain the evidence needed for ISO 27001 audits. A hands-on role in a small team, focused on practical improvements to reliability and operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, backups and incident response.
- Improve reliability, security, automation and the developer deployment experience.
- Configure environments, access, integrations and deployment settings for new customers, and troubleshoot technical issues through go-live.
- Maintain clear operational documentation and support ISO 27001 audits with evidence such as access reviews, change records, backup results and incident records.
- Work closely with software engineers and, where needed, customer technical teams.
- Customer onboarding
You’ll work on the technical setup, security questionnaires and go-live, and speak directly with customer technical teams. - On-call
Be part of an on-call rota supporting customers.

Required Skills
- You’ve operated a live SaaS product, supported production incidents and helped launch customers.
- You’re a capable generalist who can take ownership, communicate clearly and make sound trade-offs in a small team.
- Experience supporting security audits is valuable.
- Cloud
Microsoft Azure, with familiarity with AWS and Cloudflare. - Key tools
Infrastructure as code (CDK/Bicep/Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes (or similar), CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Redis, Prometheus/Grafana. - Platform
Live SaaS product in production with an established codebase and infrastructure.
