We are looking for a Patching & Compliance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Solaris/Linux patching, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening. The engineer will use BMC TrueSight to manage enterprise patch compliance, deploy remediation scripts, and validate patching outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide patching and compliance using BMC TrueSight.
- Configure and deploy patching/remediation scripts through TrueSight.
- Execute scripts across target Solaris/Linux/Windows servers and validate remediation.
- Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening.
- Provide strong hands-on support for Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 environments.
- Identify and remediate non-compliant systems.
- Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and compliance issues.
- Develop and execute Shell scripts using Bash/KSH/SH for automation and validation.
- Generate patch compliance reports and maintain remediation tracking.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Unix/Linux/Windows, and Security teams.
- Ensure systems comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform post-patching validation and document remediation results.
